Thank you for your interest in the Nicaragua Summer Missions trip. The cost of the trip is $1600.00 per person. The two week time period announced as our trip dates, July 15 through July 31, are not the final travel dates. Our trip will be approximately 10 days, during the announced trip dates. The exact dates will be announced as soon as the tickets are purchased.
In order to register for the Summer Missions Trip to Nueva Guinea, Nicaragua, please fill out the form on this page, in it's entirety, and submit it for review. You will also need to CLICK HERE to review, print, and sign the Ministry Agreement and Release of Liability form, and return it to the church office.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for each participant in the missions trip.
If you would like to pay electronically, you may visit our online giving page above, and sign in. If you do not have a user name and password, you can create one. You may then make a payment toward the "Missions Trip", and that will be applied to your trip. Please note that the donation must be made in the name of the person going, and that the payments for missions trips are not considered charitable donations, and will not be applied to your contributor's statement at the end of the year if you are paying for yourself or your family. Please make sure that the check includes the name of the participant, and that this is for the 2014 summer missions team in the memo line of the check. The deposit can also be turned into the church office during regular business hours.
The final date for making payments on the trip is June 15, 2014, 30 days before the trip. Please make sure to have all of your payments made by that time.
