The Participant, or those signing for the Participant, understands that the cost of the retreat is their sole responsibility and there is a non-refundable deposit of $40.00 required to hold a spot. The Participant agrees that should they need to cancel from attending the retreat, the refundable portion of their payments will be mailed by check within 3-4 weeks.

The Participant agrees that should they need to cancel from attending the retreat within 15 days prior to the retreat; they forfeit all monies paid toward attending the retreat, some exceptions apply. The Participant agrees that they cannot direct the usage of any of their forfeited monies. The Participant agrees that in the event that they do not attend the retreat, they will not receive any of the gift items (if any).

The Participant agrees that their transportation to the retreat is their responsibility and that Calvary Chapel San Gabriel Valley will attempt to assist them with ride sharing, when necessary and requested, but Calvary Chapel San Gabriel is not to be held liable in the event that the participant cannot find adequate transportation to the retreat.

The Participant agrees to follow all the retreat rules, both verbal and written. The Participant further agrees to not use, distribute, or sell illegal drugs or alcohol. The Participant further agrees that violation of the rules will result in their immediate removal from the retreat.

The Participant is responsible for any damages to the retreat facility, property, or furniture and agrees to pay for such in the event of damages. The Participant agrees that they are further responsible for and liable for any damages to Calvary Chapel San Gabriel Valley property or materials.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the participant does thereby voluntarily release, acquit, and forever discharge Calvary Chapel San Gabriel Valley, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, leaders, and agents from all manner of suits, actions, claims, demands, and all liabilities, which may result from their participation in the retreat.
